Jihee Kim works in the Corporate Risk Management division of U.S. Bank. She has experience serving as corporate counsel as well as practicing law at private law firms. Her key areas of experience include regulatory compliance, risk and vendor management, contract management, litigation management, corporate governance, licensing and audit, and investor relations. Jihee earned her law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law and holds a BA degree in History from the University of California, San Diego. Her personal interests include reading, eating delicious food, and spending quality time with her family and friends. She is a current board member and past President of the OCKABA Foundation, the charitable fundraising arm of OCKABA.
